Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:Understand clients’ IT needs, objectives, and challenges, offering solutions and products to match their business requirements.
  • Business Development:Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and grow client portfolios.
  • Project Coordination: Handle client feedback and concerns during project execution and after service delivery.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to offer clients relevant and competitive solutions.
  • Client Onboarding & Training: Organize training sessions for clients to ensure they maximize the use of IT solutions provided.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Leadership: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
